These have taken us ALL term to create, but they are soooo cute that they are worth it! Not everyone has finished yet, and Mr Elephant still needs a silver trunk but I think they are all pretty kooky and fun. We started off by making the basic animal shapes out of newspaper and cardboard etc and papier mache over the top. We then painted parts of the animals and used little cardboard mosaic squares to mosaic parts of them. I can’t wait to set up my little animal enclosure display when they’re all done!
