Ahhhh… my site went down a few days ago and I have NO IDEA why! Luckily I live with a very clever man who has spent hours trying to get it all up and running again! So I’m back, but strangely all my December posts are no longer with us.. and some of my comments have vanished! Strange indeed! The thing that is most annoying is that many of the ‘lollipop competition’ entries have also vanished! What to do!? To be fair to all who entered, I have extended the competition an extra week, so if you entered after November 27th, could you pretty please send me your entries again? If not, a winner from the entries I have, will be selected. Sorry guys.
On a lighter note, I am officially on school holidays and I am in the process of making a gingerbread house for Christmas. I am pre-heating my oven to 180 degrees as we speak and I have all my fingers and toes crossed that I haven’t just wasted fifty million kilos of flour and 5000 eggs! The recipe I am following can be found at Simply Recipes and I will definately post some pictures of my gingerbread property, once it’s complete. For now, here is what Simply Recipes created. Pretty cute.
