Crazy Abacus

If this doesn’t remind you of waiting in the Doctor’s waiting room as a child, what does??

For $2, I couldn’t walk away without buying this, uhm.. not even sure what it’s called! Is it an abacus? If it is, it’s a crazy one! I found it at the St.James Op shop on Malvern Road. Not sure what I’m going to do with it, but I took it to school and thought the kids might find it mildly entertaining – nostalgic if nothing else. They think it’s babyish – Hmpph.
