Hey everyone! I had a little getaway in Canberra this past weekend and I must say it really is a lovely city. A little slow, but quite lovely. With Victoria’s drought and water restrictions, it was so nice to see functioning water fountains and luscious green grass all around.
And so, my school holidays have officially begun! What to do. What to do. Well, my first project is working on an abstract painting for a couple of friends. Gustav Klimt is one of their favourite artists, so he is going to be a major influence. Here are some rough ideas I’ve created so far.. let me know what you think. Each corner is kind of one idea..
One of the greatest things about Canberra, was all the creative ideas I came home with! I have a whole list of them! I’ll share some of them with you tomorrow…
Wow, those are fantastic. There’s definitely enough Klimt in them to see the influence but you’ve don’t something completely unique and lovely each. Nice work!
I love the purple one.
This combination, purple with some yellow traces, is very beautiful.
Lovely work.
Bye,
Lúcia
