rice anyone?

I know, I know, two skirts in a row.. but I wanted to have a ‘China/Olympics’ blog entry and well, how CUTE is it? I found it on etsy and it’s designed and created by a French designer by the name of Malam. It’s a handmade paneled skirt, crafted from a repurposed RICE BAG with blue and red printing, and light weight flowery patterned fabric, both of which have been hand-dyed in “strawberry and cream” pink color. To finish it off, the skirt is flared and trimmed with pretty vintage lace. Upon further delving into the world of Malam, I found this one; Not really Olympics related but interesting none the less!
