My wonderful world of fashion

Urgh. I’m home sick with a cold today for the second time this month! What the!? It’s days like this when one needs the very best of activity books. I think I’ve found one! My Wonderful World of Fashion.

MUCH, much more than a coloring book, the illustrations offer a lesson in the history of dress combined with simple how-to-guides for creating necklaces, head scarves and more.

I can’t imagine ever actually putting pencil to paper in this book (it’s too lovely!) – rather, I can see buying two copies – one to cherish in its original state and one to love in all your creative glory!

For now, I have one copy. With that one copy comes many dates with the photocopier.

The illustrations are created by talented artist, Nina Chakrabarti. A full 272 pages of inspirational stuff for budding fashionistas and creative souls alike.
