I wrote a post on sea glass over a year ago and I was overwhelmed by the amount of interest the post received from sea glass collectors and lovers! Well today was a special day. I am still on my European holiday and we spent a beautiful day on the coastal water of Syracuse in Sicily and guess what I found!!? Sea glass! I only found the common green, clear and brown but I was still pretty excited! Will I find the elusive red before I leave?

  1. Sounds like a wonderful trip. I have never been, but hear that Italy has some beautiful sea glass treasures. Happy Hunting. Looking forward to seeing more of your finds.

YAY for you, Adelle!!! I hope you do find the red sea glass! How about some blue? I don’t know much about sea glass (except for how pretty it is) so maybe certain colors are only found on certain beaches???

I hope you continue to have a wonderful time!

    Blessings!

    Enjoy your vacation!
    Kisses.
